Lamb

We sell Icelandic/Katahdin lamb in bulk as well as by the individual cut.

  • All of our sheep are raised on pasture in the spring, summer, and fall, and moved to a 30'x96' hoophouse during the winter. Here, they are fed a diet comprised almost entirely of local hay.

  • Lambs are processed around five months of age (subject to slaughterhouse availability) and the meat is processed in a USDA-inspected facility. Orders are generally ready by January or February.

  • We also have wool and custom tanned hides available for order, subject to availability.

  • All lamb is $12/lb, regardless of the cut. Contact for availability.
