We raise Cornish Cross meat chickens during the summer months, pasturing them in mobile chicken tractors that are moved every day. We also raise a small number of pastured turkeys, ready to go just in time for Thanksgiving!

• Our chickens and turkeys have constant access to fresh air, sunshine, and all the other goodies they need to stay healthy! They are also fed locally produced grain.

• We process birds about once every eight weeks during the summer and keep a small inventory during the rest of the year. The average whole chicken weighs around 4-6 lbs with larger and smaller options available as well.

• At this time, only local pick-up and delivery are available.

• $4.25/lb for whole chickens and whole turkeys

• $8.15/lb for chicken breasts and wings

• $5/lb for split chickens

• $5/lb for chicken thighs

• $1.50/lb for soup/stock carcasses (must be preordered - not always in inventory)
