We sell Icelandic lamb in bulk as well as the individual cut.
All of our sheep are raised on pasture in the spring, summer, and fall, and moved to a 30’x96′ hoophouse during the winter. Here, they are fed a diet comprised almost entirely of local hay.
Lambs are processed around five months of age (subject to slaughterhouse availability) and the meat is processed in a USDA-inspected facility. Orders are generally ready by October or November.
